972 Royalty-Free Audio Tracks for "Building Toy"

Inspired by a strange japanese number station i heard around 2012. I generated white noise, recorded an old toy, and found some public domain static and put it all together in this extremely eerie piece. It gets even creepier if you lower the pitch.

Ever wandered through a spanish street market? the sound will be familiar to — very possibly all too familiar! this recording was made so close to the offending mechanical toy, that it has even picked up the noises of the mechanism itself. There is a small amount of background noise. Seemingly unnecessary period of silence included is the exact cause before the next outburst of squeaking. Set repeat function on your sound editor recording.

This is not a perfect loop!it was sampled by me inserting a jack over and over into a casio sk-5. I did the beats by ear, while listening to a metronome set to 100 bpm. It is extremely close though. You don't have to site me if you use this sample in your work, i don't care.

My wife bought me this cool remote control helicopter for my birthday, so i recorded it flying around the room. At the very end, the blades knick the wall a couple times before it falls to the floor and stops. Attribution is not necessary, but if you use it, i'd love to hear what you did with it. It's a light spinning top that you have to magnet to its launcher. It must then be rotated around the base of the launcher before ejecting it. When it spin, it lights up. Recorded with olympus ls-p4 onboard microphones.

Walking into my apartment building sunday afternoon while everyone waits for the elevator.

This is a small group of people talking in the lobby of a 40-story condominium building in downtown honolulu, hi. I had recorded this with my little laptop's built-in microphone.

These mud daubers are plentiful around here. This one is building a nest in the garage. I'm sure it'll be packed with spider meals very soon.

I rubbed a couple of lego models together to make this sound. It sounds like a character is building a model, and the bricks click together like in a game.

I combined a lot of fx from this site to make a huge explosion with a large aftermath and ringing in the ears- to make it a more 'cinematic' moment, i have a build up in reverse to the moment, a pause, then the explosion. Rubble and glass fall as the listeners' ears ring from the explosion.

This sound i recorded from 27-th floor on shotgun mic neumann kmr 82i with zoom h4n. Just natural noise of the street, clear and bright. Hope you'll enjoy it :).
